Add New 2 class Black Magic and Samurai in game

For the same reason why we don't add third classes or modify skills directly, we leave those in-tact and modify them via cards/gears addons only so that there's a baseline of familiarity for players instead of "this is so different that is it even RO anymore?" isn't as likely.

Also, there's conerns where some existing classes are not nearly as useful as others as is. I don't think adding more classes will make the job of balancing existing classes any easier.
