New Cards of 2019

Hello heroes, we'd like to announce that almost 20 new cards have been released! Many of these were made possible by entries in the Lutia Art Contest, so thanks once again to all those who participated! See below for more info on these new cards.



Normal Monster Cards

Amaroq Card, ID 8860 - Weapon
Prefix: Slicing
Increase physical damage against plant and formless race mobs by 15%.

Amistr Card (Adult), ID 8861 - Accessory
Prefix: Brewmaster's
DEX +2, LUK +3

Chill Wind Card, ID 8862 - Weapon
Prefix: Whiteout
VIT + 1
Whenever Frost Nova is cast, there is a chance to also cast Safety Wall on the user at a level equal to the user's mastery of Frost Nova (minimum level 1).

Frostig Mannesser Card, ID 8863 - Garment
Prefix: Rocky
MDEF +3
Add a chance to cast Lv 5 Earth Spike when physically attacking.

Ijsbal Card, ID 8865 - Accessory
Prefix: Healer's
Increase healing efficiency of skills by +4%

Kalpea Henki Card, ID 8866 - Headgear
Prefix: Radiant
Ignore 5% of angel race monster's physical defense.
Reduce damage from angel race mobs by 3%.

Pingvi Card, ID 8869 - Headgear
Prefix: Ping
VIT+2
When the user is attacked, attacking or using any skills and near death, increase resistance to all incoming damage by 5%.

Silver Filir Card (Adult), ID 8870 - Shoes
Prefix: Gusty
Flee + 5
For 5 seconds whenever you attack under the effects of Wind Walk, gain flee+ 1 and critical damage +1% for each refine rate of the user's footwear.

Slydda Card, ID 8871 - Shoes
Prefix: Koo Dan
STR + 2
If the user is not using any weapons, increase physical damage dealt by 15%.

Snowring Card, ID 8873 - Accessory
Prefix: Noesis
INT +3

Payon Soldier Card, ID 8876 - Weapon
Prefix: Sharpened
[+ Two-Handed Spear]
Increase damage with the Brandish Spear skill by 25%
Decrease cast time by 5%.

Note: Scarlet Guards and Jade Guards can be found in the 2nd area of Payon's Guild Dungeon.

Angel Incarnation Card, ID 8877 - Garment
Prefix: Smiting
MDEF +3
Increase damage against the Dark Property by 10%.
Increase critical rate against undead race enemies by 15.

Icicle Card, ID 8880 - Accessory
Prefix: Frostfall
Reduce Casting Time of Falling Ice Pillar by 25%.
Add a 5% chance to cause the Stun status when using Falling Ice Pillar.



Special Spawns, Miniboss & Boss Cards

Mastersnowring Card, ID 8868 - Headgear
Prefix: Guardian Angel's
Increase the recovery rate of items and incoming healing skills by 5%.
When the wearer is near death, further increase the recovery rate of items and incoming healing skills by 30%.

Snow Angeling Card, ID 8872 - Garment
Prefix: Furious
When physically or magically attacking under the fury status, increase flee by 30, and ASPD +5%, and MATK by 5% for 5 seconds.

Yuki Onna Card, ID 8874 - Armor
Prefix: Icebound
When physically or magically attacked, there is a chance to reduce all incoming water damage by 110% for 5 seconds.

Note: Yuki Onna, in addition to being available only once via quest, spawns in the Ice Queen's Castle exterior.

Taffy Card, ID 8875 - Armor
Prefix: Spiky
HP +1000
Add a 100% chance to cause the Bleeding status when receiving physical damage.

Kublin Card, ID 8879 - Armor
Prefix: Toxic
Add a 50% chance to cause the poison status and a 10% chance to cause deadly poison when receiving physical damage.

Ice Queen Card, ID 8864 - Shoes
Suffix: Of Blizzards
Add a chance of auto casting Level 5 Storm Gust on an enemy when the user receives Physical Damage.

Note: The Ice queen is only accessible by completing the "Ice Queen's Fury" quest in the lutia region. After completing it, you can enter her castle at any time to challenge her to a friendly fight.
