Yes it is, that's why GM can travel between any of the blue dots at the point of the blue dots so they don't get trapped by ice wall/moonlit shenanigans (unless you got all 6 locations, in which case fine you deserve that.)

Again map is opened already at the Prontera church so you can visit it and try things out on the map.
