I remember calling my ISP once when the internet went down..and I knew it wasn't me. I restarted my router restarted my computer blah blah blah..but when I called the lady told me to do it again and when it didn't work, she said it was my computer and to call my manufacturer. I told her that it was custom built..by ME >> but she just kept telling me to call my manufacturer..dumb lady..
