Drop Rates

I dunno if someone else has mentioned this before, but alot of the drop rates are waay off.
The sever is supposed to have a 3X drop rate, but alot of the items are way lowered....

I.E: Angry Snarl SHOULD be 1.5%
Assasin Mask should be at 5%
Puppy badn at 1.5%
Queen's whip at 3% ( omfg must get...)
Evil wings 3%

But most of these drop rates have been lowered. As it 0.03 lowered....
