As of yet is has not been cut off, as Force-Attuned Krogoth it will not go back on by itself.
In the case of an internet down, the server will come back up by itself when internet comes back, because the server itself was never down in the first place. But in this case, the server-computer itself will shut down when power goes out and the computer is not set to reboot itself automatically.
I'm glad that the server has not come down yet, if indeed the electrician's work is 2-3h at most I'd rather he does it this afternoon than in the morning (less downtime).
