Overheating, Bad Power Supply. Bad Memory Module. Sorry but it is most likely not a virus.
Clean the dust from inside your computer. Please don't do this without a manual. I made that mistake, it isn't fun.
Try changing outlets. Maybe your computer is plugged in with many other things. I once had this problem when my computer was plugged into the same connector as my air conditioner.
You can try the adware remover but don't expect this to fix it.
