Notice how with the raglite install the first step is "1: Download and install Sakray" Under normal circumstances you need both Sakray and kRO. What raglite does is let you skip the redundant kRO install and only gives you the files that are used from it. Raglite probably made a modification to the sakray.exe. As long as you follow the order of the directions it should work. That means you don't need to re-install sakray. I myself don't use raglite but rather a different dll and bgm pack. I don't know why raglite would have a sakray.exe in it but it probably won't matter either way.
