Change Sight & Ruwatch to normal

if the range of sight/ruwache is bigger here than on normal servers, my vote goes for "yes"

the size of sight ruwach shouldnt be enlarged, there are DOZEN other ways to find cloaking sins/ hiding rogues than just sight. the biggest advantage of a sin is that they can atack out of the hidden status, thats how they win their duels. lets face the fact that a sinx without cloak would suck on the long run.

another point is woe. i cant imagine that this balances woe well, because especially sins play an important role there since they can break the emp in a short time with their high aspd.
