Issues logging onto the server. >_>

Alright, this is the second time this is happening. x_o; When I try to log on, it says "Rejected from the server." and... just won't quite work. ._. What causes me to be rejected from the server? Also, what about when it says disconnected from the server, when you're trying to log in? @_@
