There are Cursed Waters you can try to hunt for now. TK class also has access to Warm Wind which can give them a way to easily give themselves shadow property. This is partially why they make pretty good emp breakers in woe and several useful builds have been made around this.

Ummm some weps I know of that are shadow prop....
-Book of Apocalypse-Sage book doubt anyone would use
-Loki's Nail-I think this is what the shadow katar is called
-Assasin Dagger-kinda meh from what I hear of it but it is shadow prop.
-Ginnungagap-Um not that good again but eh blind is an annoying status effect in duels where you don't pot :]
-Garm Claw-Monk claw that is shadow prop

Ummmm I dont' really know of any others off the top of my head, but I imagine there are several others now. Most Shadow prop weps are actually not extremely good. Crit weps are better in most cases, and most classes will actually have access to really good crit weps soon when we finally get everything.
