Full Buster Glitch
Okay, so this is whats up:

The effect of Full Buster states; There is a chance of causing a Blind effect on you (without HIT/Flee reductions).

Yet whenever the effect procs, there is a definate penalty that is not supposed to be there. Can this be fixed?
