Extraction Freeze

I'm having a bit of a technical problem here...

I followed the link and obtained the full heRO Folder zip file. When I go to extract it, it works fine until about 15% total progress(GameGuard.des is the file being extracted at that point).

Has anyone else experience this problem or are there any potential fixes?
