the old full installer

i was wondering if the old full installer is still around coz i cant get what ive got to work coz every time i try i just end up getting a box come up saying

this application has failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem.

and ive tryed re-installing and that dosnt work and im out of ideas come someone plezz help me coz i realy want to start playing hero again. thanks
