Mind Breaker: Reduces the % in Mdef, or the Base Mdef off INT?
Does Mind Breaker Subtract from % Mdef, Or the INT Mdef

So If you had say.... 10 Mdef(Gears) + 99 Mdef(Int), would it remove the 10 or 99?
