Louyang was under an alleged bomb threat today as Lord Bai Long's castle was surrounded by bombs and other explosives, supposedly set by the Neutral City's revolutionists within. However, no organized groups have claimed responsibility of the attack so far.

It was suspected that the revolutionists were supported with supplies from Rune Midgard. Delegates on behalf of Lord Bai Long and King Tristan III will investigate the matter. According to unnamed officials in Louyang, the supplies may have been smuggled into the city from unsuspected, low level commoners supported by high ranking aristocrats in order to keep a low profile away from security checks.
