Ragnarok Web Templates, forum software

Anybody know of any Ragnarok Online themed Webpage Templates out there?

I have a server, but right now its just being used to host files, I would really like to make it a personal webpage, but I can't find any templates.

Also, does anybody know of any really good forum software I should use? Phpbb is too hard to set up for some reason. >.<
