my RO stuck in certain part

Please be more specific when you say that you are stuck in Prontera.

If its an error, make sure you update your Sakray and use the heRO Patcher to update. The neoncube.file someone told you about was probably the one at the root of RO. It should only have a number in it. 58.

If this doesn't help, please post a picture of your full RO folder.
