That's not true. Deleted character do leave the alchemist/blacksmith board. Kiaro is an example of this, she'd still be ranked at least fourth on the alchemist's list, but the pots instantly went to "Unknown's" pots and her name left the board.
if you want me in game, ask for Izael on main. I won't waste everyone time scrolling past every high level alt made hoping to boost my ego when no one else really gives a crap.
