or how do i save a gif file in flash that isn't grainy T.T

Ugh ok here is a grainy stupid gif version. I dunno how to make the grain go away or how i can put in a .swf file into here. for now to show that i have it out on time.

Well I managed to do almost all I wanted, but the main two parts that I wanted to execute I managed to do so. Weirdly the gif is over the requirment while the .swf file is only 36kb XD. I will add the .swf file as soon as I figure out how I can upload it right T.T stupid image shack condenses it. If the poop is too offensive I can change it to a jellopy too. So if someone knows what I should do beside media file it let me know!
