Silk cracks his neck and smiles. "Well I mean, I'm always up for something fun. But Slate here has a huge point. We should all work together, I have friends of the dark allegiance, and I'm sure others do as well. But if the big bald guy couldn't convince you, a man like myself has no chance."

He tips his hat down. "I'll lend you my power. Not in the adventure itself, but I'll hold back the dark allegiance. Use the time I give you to surpass them. A victory for my side is the second best thing that could happen, after all."
