Unable to Register...? :<

(Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong thread... x.x )

For some reason, when I tried to register, I never got an e-mail to confirm the registration. When I tried to go on the server, it had said that my account ID had been blocked. :< I tried to re-register two other times and it did the same thing... Icon_cry
