Fishing System!

2008/05/03 Small update to Fishing system.

These changes affect the Advanced Spot only:

Level 60 requirement added.
Diamond Ring has been replaced by Skull Ring.
Treasure Box chance has been reduced.
OCA drop has been divided into 2, half the time it will still drop an oca, the other half it will be something else (surprise!).

Expect also a real Fishing Revamp coming in a few weeks/months (depending on how fast we can get it fully working and balanced).
