Sign Quest Problem!! /omg

Ok lets start from the beginning.
The only person who is doing the Sign quest is Knightfall, the rest of us haven't done any part of it.

Spire, Jack of Mice, and Knightfall went to fight the Dark illusion part of the quest (Witches path), Spire died at the first wave of monsters, Jack and Knightfall fought the first two waves and wiped the last wave. I exchanged Spire for Valor, and Kiyori joined us.

Party is now:
Jack+Knight+Valor+ Kiyori

It allowed Valor in and Kiyori in but not jack and knight, Valor and Kiyori killed the final wave that was left, The npc re-appeared in center of the room. Valor talked to it. Witch npc is asking Valor for metals and let Kiyori and Knightfall back inside.

The witch npc is asking for witches metals from valor.
and none of us except Kiyori now can get inside.

After 10 minutes everyone but Valor can go in, when he talks to the witch she asks for metals, so the rest of the party gave Valor metals. He talked to the npc, didn't recieve any items. But the metals were taken from us. He went and talked to Lady Hell, who doesn't respond to him.

SO! This is what I think happened. Knightfall's event was stolen by Valor, and neither character can continue the quest. What should we do now?
