Impossible to play...

So...I'm having problem with lag: I get in normally but when I play the game it takes about 5~10 secs for a step...Even if you can't do anything with this I at least wanna know what's the problem...

I used to play this server like 3 months ago...there was less lag.
I tried scanning, defragmenting, cleaning space, turning off firewall nothing helps...Cry
