(OoC) Basic Rules/Standards?

Well, we finally have a forum, now what do we do with it?

I'd like to say a couple things I have seen over and over again, because I know everyone RPs different-

1) Dont make anyone elses character do anything. Ever.

The only situation I can think of is if you and the other person are good friends and have done RP in the past, or have at least talked it over. Dont do it out of the blue. Or GM/DM of a game, but thats different.


2) Language and Content. Keep it PG-13, if not lower.

Language: Im not saying never ever ever curse. 'Situation allows' type deal. But I really dont care if your character *IS* a sailor, I will politely leave or ask your character to leave.

Content: If you have to wonder about this; it should likely be moved to PMs.


Im not saying this as "BOOM, heres the rules." But more as a start and somewhere to move from. Agree, disagree, add as you see fit.
