As first glance, you don't have sakray (no sdata), you have a full data.grf however, must be from another RO.

Having more than one server installed in the same folder is not exactly recommended. If you have enough space, try to maybe have them in separate folders.

Download ro+sakray+heropatch OR the full heRO, with either you'll be fully compatible with heRO.
