it's not that hard even without the commands... just go to item db, and change the activation rate ^_^; but you'll have to ask Pandora if she wants that to be done or not.

I voted yes but i think not all of them should be changed... due to some of them being stacked with custom making them overpowered if those are changed as well, while some needs to be changed due to competition with new items/custom items.

boxes of thunder is kinda bad since last svn they got so heavily nerfed... auth badges are better than boxes of thunder in many, many ways.

For both quest exp and cards that drop item there is a setting for it in the conf
