Steal notification in normal chat

I would figure that with this thread's existance such an interaction wouldn't need to exist. Does Panda read the suggestion thread?

You can also make it so it ONLY announces super (or somewhat) rare steals (under X% chance). I think that would be acceptable even to me (who complained about seeing the messages).

Under 3%? (Given we have 3x rate, those are "official" 1% drops). You'd see, for example, cards, rare equips, Skirt of Virgin (1.5%), rare ores like Emperium, Oridecon/Elunium, not sure if rough ones go under 3%.

Most steals are usually the common items anyways.

And yes Pandora reads the suggestions, actually she reads everything though right now she's on a forum vacation though she pops in sometimes.
