I chose Tool Dealer because no matter how many items do we give to her/him, we will always have our money back + we do need to buy stuff from this NPC.
With the population of HeRo and all the times they have been visiting this NPC, how can't he/she rich? /heh.

I say treasury NPC. We give him (npc w/oc value) 397k times however many we give him and we get nothing but a title in return.

It'd be 325k times amount without overcharge, and between 415k to 475k from merchants/players.

Tool dealer is a maybe since he has to give out money too when people sell to him and even when they buy, sometimes they get discounted, plus he's got to compete with 7-11 and company.
