ok what is this :o i read the posts (yes it took time) and i m still unable to understand .
so this is like a guild where u put all brewers and helpers but also have some roleplaying going on ..
and then there the voting / ranking D:

Ranking on alchemistsis done trough their development (this is what I meant by checklist-based) (Example: get a humo - Rank up!; Evolve your humo - Rank up!; transcend to creator - Rank up!)
Helpers are also given the oportunity to rank up once, but it's more merit-based. If you help a lot, people will like you/aknowledge you as a top-helper and then you'll rank up.

why not sell / share embryos :o and the alcohol thing and dumping .-.

Gimmicky stuff. One of the NPCs of the embryo quest asks you to treat your embryo like your child and the alcohol creation books explicitly asks you not to become a distiller. AAAND dumping is just rude since you're loosing profit just to make your neighbour loose even MORE profit.

Anything else? I'm always up for correction if I'm not clear enough

As far as I know Cap has taken a break from heRO. With no one to keep the guild running it is now inactive until someone would choose to pick up the thread.

Sorry. Your best bet is to find another active guild which may interest you as well. Good luck.
