Couldn't be the class, it would really only be the head of your char. So for you it would have your gem + hairstyle. Maybe a headgear too :o Thats just what I'd assume.

For the drooping one, think like the Drooping Pixie, but your character instead. Hair, headgear on it, things like that. Nara will be spriting it. :D

True, shouldn't it only be 1 headgear? Five sounds like overkill, especially since you can customize their stats.
