my gf can't get online o.O

So my gf is having trouble running heRO and it has something to do with her operating an old computer and using Windows ME. I've tried sending her a patched version and even the entire folder (minus the sdata.grf) and still the same errors -_-;; :

Try removing or renaming the "Data" folder, so the game won't be "confused" by it.

heRO is no meant to work with that folder but a lot of other private servers do.

Theres a second server in the folder Elite, its better to install heRO in a seperate folder, Sakray must be updated and the patcher is at this time at # 75.

she tried the full installer and it didn't work, though I'm not sure why.... o.O; We're trying to patch sakray now.

Or she can try to dl Sakray at ratemyserver.net and then just download our patcher only.

Though she does have to install it in another folder as theres another server in there

ok well...First all, we've done all those things. first,she uninstalled her other ROs . Then she copied sakray and kRO files and installed using small client. That didn't work. I told her to check for data folders. Yes, there are two there HOWEVER I have those as well and my heRO works for me. After your first post we did change the data folders to data2 and data3. We also downloaded full installer and that didn't work EITHER. She said the patcher locked up her computer or something. ANYWAY, I didn't think I had to say all this because in my first post I said it is probably an OS problem. I mean, it may not be, but we've done everything that worked for all the other servers including our last two! And this error is different. If you look at it...It doesn't look like a client or gravity error. So, what is it?

That's what happen after having to many servers and having M$ ME. You need to install the full installer in a brand new folder away from that one if you can ( like another slave hard drive). Fully patch Sakray then heRO.

I must admit I've never seen this error before.

Make sure to run setup.exe if the registries arent created it will create them, then be sure to set your graphic and audio option properly, try disabling sounds sometimes that helps somehow.

If none of it work, please post a new screenshot of the folder.
