It's because of how the variable for that particular quest's saved- In the initial dialog of the quest to certify you've completed it, before you get the item.
I did it this way because I thought people might attempt to exit the last screen of dialog multiple times to get copies of the equipment, but if Pandora reads this she can just move the placement so this problem doesn't happen again.
(Yes, I was the one who scripted the quest & spawns.. and yet I don't even have a character high enough to do it, ****!)

Actually I changed the script because at first the variable was set only after receiving the hat and that way it was possible for people to get multiple rewards by hitting cancel.
But thanks a lot for writing it, I'm sure you could get a level 60 char before it is removed XD
i think giving people a chance to solo an MVP really gives a little bit of pride and joy... although i must admit that at some point (around 2 days ago when no one else seem to hunt them anymore) me and my GF farmed a bit too much of the MVP (though it being ghost element really hurts me /sob) /heh... anyhoo we stopped when we got a belcarf... /no1
it was kinda hard in the beginning when everyone hogged the spawns, but it seems people got tired of it after 3 days... so somehow because no one was killing them we started hunting the spawns... izlude-alde-TF1-TF2 and by the time we're done the izlude spawns are already back up... hosh hosh...
anyway, good job guys! +1 fatalis and panda!
thanks for an enjoyable holiday quest!
thank you for the event as that is one of the most interesting and fun event in a while. most of all the sweet tale behind the mvp makes it proly one of my most adored mvp (and quest for that matter) for quite some while.
When someone calls you a lunatic and the first thing that came to mind is a cute, fluffy, white bunny, you know you've played too much RO.
