RE: What is heRO server's IP Address?
By default, heRO runs out of c:/program files/gravity/RO. Other private servers sometimes install to this same folder. If you've installed more than one RO to that folder, the chances are very great that neither will work. If that is also the case, then there will only be ONE uninstall.exe for both RO'x' and heRO, and if you uninstall either of them, it will erase the uninstall.exe in the uninstall process, however, you will have some remaining files from the other RO that was not selected and no uninstall.exe linked to them - and no way to uninstall them (short of a reformat). You can right click and select properties on the remaining folder(s) and it will tell you the folder contains 0 bytes, but if you open the folder, you will see file(s) still in that folder that are not 0 bytes. You can then delete the remaining file(s) in the folder both individually and manually, but you won't be able to delete the 0 byte file, even when it is emptied. If you have a registry cleaner, restart your computer and run that and restart again. Also, you'll want to run a disk cleanup and possibly a disk defrag at some point. Anyway, you should be clear to reinstall kRO and then kRO sakray, then update kRO, then update kRO sakray, then run the heRO mini-installer. Run the heRO patcher and let it patch, then start the game and it should work.
(I think I'm getting confused with another server, but if it installs to any other file than "RO," then rename the folder containing heRO to "RO" and run the patcher.)
