Wierd Error
not sure why i get this error.. I've even re-installed RO completely. It started happening after I reformatted.

when I open the Hero patcher I get the error as Ro starts up... I can still play and update. Just thought it was odd...

are u running vista by any chance? lots of possibilities for that memory range. might also want to try reinstalling most updated sound drivers from the manufacturer, not generic windows drivers. good luck.

Thats odd, I installed heRO on my brother's pc, and he gets the exact same error. He has XP (even though his computer came with Vista).

Open setup.exe to setup all the thing again. This problem is your pc can't support something that you set!
