Request isn't the same as a Demand , Requests are meant to be rejectable. Only difference between a Request and a Suggestion is a suggestion is made by people who don't really care and just wanted to bring something too peoples attention. A request is something they really want done, but understand its not in their power to do so.

MY biggest pet peeve, with pallets, is when the artist colors the skin.
Honestly? Why would you color the skin?
