No, its part of our clock problem. It happened before when we went back in time as happened this afternoon u_u

But this time, it's fixing the clock instead of springing forward in time. Since we went from "7 PM" back to like 12 AM, the forum counted everyone in like 7 hours (or something like that) as recently online in the last 15 minutes.
