Hill Wind does not work with Lightning Bolt, only Thunderstorm, Lord of Vermillion and Jupitel Thunder.

I say we make one that amps earth spike's dmg, give it some love darn it all~

Pitman buffs Heaven's Drive which, in my opinion, is infinitely better than Earth Spike.??Plus, pitman rods sound funny "+10 Quadruple Gnome Rod" ftw!

Thats why I said JT hurts with Hillwind and did not mention Lightning Bolt. I would like to see evertually them come up with something for Lightning bolt instead of leaving it "naked" unlike the other 3 major attacks.
