You can also make it so it ONLY announces super (or somewhat) rare steals (under X% chance). I think that would be acceptable even to me (who complained about seeing the messages).

Under 3%? (Given we have 3x rate, those are "official" 1% drops). You'd see, for example, cards, rare equips, Skirt of Virgin (1.5%), rare ores like Emperium, Oridecon/Elunium, not sure if rough ones go under 3%.

Most steals are usually the common items anyways.

And yes Pandora reads the suggestions, actually she reads everything though right now she's on a forum vacation though she pops in sometimes.
