Is it possible for the gms to trade the card thats in 1st generation wings to second generation when you get it?

Either you keep the card as you upgrade the wing (same card in gen 1 and gen 2) or we remove the card for you, BUT we destroy the card.

Ayu, do u mean, if the card already is in the first generation wings, when we trade it in for the second wings, the card will be in second wings as well OR when we trade in for second wings, the card will be removed?

You have ToH first generation wings with card X in it. When you get your second generation wings you have 2 options:
1) Get second generation wings with card X in it.
2) Get second generation wings with no card in it, card X is destroyed.

Actually no, lets make it simpler. When you successfully complete ToH with the minimum points to be rewarded (70) you get a ToH voucher. This ToH voucher is worth:
1) the 1st generation wing if its your first ToH.
2) an generation upgrade wing if you already have one (card or no card).
3) a ToH hat.
4) a removed card from a ToH wing with the destruction of that card.

If you wing has a card in it, you get the next one with the same card in it.
