To hit a 30k Firebolt as a SAGE at Necromancers you'd need 140 INT *and* the Necro would always have to be Lexed (as well as your stated Double Imps).??
EDIT: As far as the "a lot of people don't mob necros" comment... I find that doubtful. What I do believe, though, is that there is probably a high correlation between the people who do not mob necros and the people willing to bring a Sage on a Necros party.
