It is also pretty distorted, i personally don't find it visually appealing.

However, if YOU like the picture, then it is a good picture.

That looks like a couple pictures copy/pasted onto a blank background on MS Paint. o_o

If you want to make a good picture, to start with, you can copy/paste a picture onto a good program such as Adobe Photoshop, then modify it, play around with it, try switching backgrounds, adding stuff, using filters, etc.

Try not to stretch your pictures, it heavily decreases the quality of the picture/render.

Some things to keep in mind: Color, depth, flow, originality, text
