B> More Coders for HeRO
Still as far as i've seen in HeRO's updates, PvP is always left the same regular click the npc to go in to do w/e. Nothing really for the pvp.
Ofc though, because its generally harder to code and theres a chance that all that work might fail.
Still most people want RO for its WoE/PvP
You can argue all you want about that, but you pretty much know its true.

RE: PvP
Then suggest improvements to pvp. On every server, besides tournaments, it's always like that, click the npc to go to a pvp room and do whatever you want.
The only thing that I remember to see was those Red vs Blue events.

You really want me to pull up theads showing suggestions?
Wtf does a suggestion do here? Especially regarding pvp or WoE?
It gets sent to a que, then gets forgotten. Or we get something like wait until the next SVN. Even though <<< thats probably so it can be encoded into the game (knows little about how that works.)
Tom might have posted something that was what you all say "silly" but it does touch a point.
Everything so far is all based around pvm except things like mass pvp or the pvp trail in ToH. Nothing making the active pvpers itch at trying something out.
Basically, I don't see the point of suggesting something that just gets ignored anyway.

RE: PvP
If you think suggestions are just ignored or forgotten, you're mistaken, you just can't expect things to come a few days after they're suggested.
Everything needs researching, brainstorming, testing, coding, scripting, more testing, debugging, test yet again, maybe a server recompile, etc.
Unless you want stuff half-done/crappy like on lots of places.

You really don't bieleve me?
Kohaku had to bump, the suggestion he made so people could notice it.
A win idea, of taking out flags?
Does taking out flags take long?
I can list so many others and again, I know it takes a while to add something in. But thats why I don't think suggestions are good now. GM's have alot on their plates, and loading them with more than they can eat doesn't seem like it will get much done.
Why don't we discuss, what has already been brought up? instead of trying to mass GM's with other new ideas.
Like that pvp thread? there was already one out. Why not pick that up instead of starting a new one? Analyze whats already been said, instead of saying the same thing over and over again.
