You don't want to lose face in front of the novices to say that you need to alt-tab to find a world map though.

I have this alt-tabbed always..or atleast I have RMS alt tabbed because I iz nubs.

step one: get all the nub novices into a party

step 2: send them out in pairs(i'm a priest i'm much too lazy to walk anywhere myself)

if when they come back there is agreement on morroc found, ie one group with a person saying they found with no other groups saying they did, go that way if not

step three: send them out in the same pairs only shifted clockwise by 90 degrees, so if pair A went on the N path, they go on the E path this time
have them relate their findings via party chat, go with the one that has the most total found answers from both attempts, if there is a tie, go with the one that is furthest counterclockwise ie if N and W both had 2 total founds, go with W.

so thats 3 min and you know the correct path, i would also like to note that ayu did not say you had to be in morroc by 3 min just know where it was

I have an answer that is probably not the "right" one but it should still do the job. The premise of the answer is that

1. The novices will definitely not die along the way
2. The novices will follow instructions... (even though they are liars, does not mean they cannot listen to instructions)

Anyways.. split up and instruct whoever finds morroc not to return to the meeting point. assuming all paths will take a minute each direction and no parties are late. regardless of if any of them are liars, whichever direction has nobody returning will be the direction morroc is in =P

or if we consider returning as "lying" you would do the same thing except take one path yourself, have 2 groups of 3 and a group of 2. if all return the group of 2 is the correct path cus they are both liars, otherwise one group would have a smaller party than it began with. or it is your own path and you can return to tell the nubs. The end.
