I bought one off these guys, its bootlegged but its cheap and still does the job.

my only beef is the microSD card requirement, i'd prefer not having that additional requirement, but we'll see.

This is one i got. cheaper too....it comes with a 4gb MicroSD Card so pretty good deal. And when of course your playing NDS Roms that you have BACKED UP (>.>) thats about....500+ games. sometimes. i got 492 before i hit the max

lol, well i already made my purchases, spent about $15 on both the flash cart and a 2gb microSD card. and 2gb is fine with me. the other site i found offered a 4gb for $9 but in order to get the free shipping you needed to buy 2 of them and i have no use for 2 of them XD

update: i have my flash card, and a very reasonably purchased ($27.05 after taxes) 8gb microSD card and am loving this fan translation.

even though it's not fully translated, the fun factor is still amazing, and as much as i hate using the stylus, it just fits this game like a glove[1]

god i hate making a third post in a row, but i'm not sure if it'd show the thread updated if i just edited a post, but anyway i'm really surprised no one else has commented on this yet, but an official release date has been set for the game, for the US that is.

the official release date is set for february 16th. i can't wait to see what xSeed has done with the game, what changes they may have made and what not, and especially how they translated the game storyline.

I play heRO. RO DS might be novel, but it's still RO.

I have other games to play on DS, lulz.

i'll say this much from playing the fan translation of the jap version of the game that the mechanics are pretty similar to RO, but the interaction is rather unique, as far as questing and character involvement goes, and the game does have a plot as well.
