No, I'm serious about the nobility gem giving 60sp.
It at least should be equal to the damn cyclops eye on sp bonus and give MINIMUM 50...kind of dumb it adds like not even 10 and I'm a god damn prof.

I wouldnt really find it that overpowered look at nobility Gem increases two stats you care abt and besides the Atk and matk would only help with high dmg output skills like efist. The dex is just a cheap substitute for vesper card though

Dex middle headgear equal to Binoculars wich are Archer exclusive.
Def equal to Fin Helm wich is a Swordy Exclusive.
Freaking Atk and Matk Bonus.
Every Class and lvl10 Requirement.
Makes Nobility gem look like a Little girl.

It might not be game breaking, but it is Definetly OP, and would automatically make most other Mid Headgears obsolete Excluding Slotted Midheadgears.

The nobility gem only does 2 abilities you care about if you are a ranked noble, which is a leaderboard, and very expensive to get anywhere on these days.
