I would assume it's mostly PvP-based, or for really high-flee monsters.

Yeah.. My SG cant really hit that many people in PvP with 140 hit.. So I think imma use it for that.. And ToH of course..

I was looking around online, and things like mummy, and howard are for skill builds that can miss easy, but can one-shot if they hit. Such as buffed sonic-blows, etc. I can't remember all the examples, but they can be used for many things
