How do u create a TS or ventrilo server?

We need more organisation in WoE, so i need to get either teamspeak or ventrilo. But i dont know how to make a server :o! Can anyone tell me please?

1- download the server client: ftp://ftp.freenet.de/pub/4players/teamsp..._20201.exe
2- if you're on DSL (non-static IP), register a DNS redirect on No-IP.com
3- Configure the server with the redirect you created in step 2.
4- Tell everyone to connect to the refirect created in #2 with the setting you chose in #3.

2. Open up applicable ports which the server uses
3. Tell people to connect using the client with your WAN ip address and port
