Unable to go past login screen. Must change guildleader

Hello there. I'm in dire need of GM assistance. Could you please login to the Jerx account and select the character Jerx? I need to change guildleader to a player named Enkiderp (Also plays on Enkidou) as I can't get past the login screen without my computer crashing. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and it has not fixed the issue. I am currently the guildleader of a guild called Harmony and cannot change leadership without logging in.

I will admit that I don't plan on playing much anymore but I would like the emperium not to go to waste for my friends who still want to play.

You can login the cp and use the position reset option when you're in the char screen.

Sorry, could you point it out for me? I can't see where the reset option is. If it has to do with the character screen, that's something I can't get into. As soon as I finish my password it crashes my computer. The CP home also does not help me reset positions.

once you login your account in the cp, go to your account, click on the char thats giving you trouble and you'll have the option on the top of the info to reset position.

If you can't find it, tell me the name of your char and I'll do it.

Sorry, I don't see that option in the CP. The Char name is Jerx and I'm asking to change guildleader to a character named Enkiderp (also enkidou)

I'm sorry, I forgot, players can only reset look.

I've reset your char position.

AS for the change of guild leader, you can talk to a NPC in pront to effect the change with both players online. The NPC is east side in the center of pront.

It seems you missed the point of my posts. I'm unable to log on. I did not ask for a character position reset or anything of that sort. Please reread my first post. I'm asking that a GM contact Enkiderp/enkidou ingame and that the GM logs onto my character so that they can switch guild leader position from Jerx to Enkiderp. I am unable to do so myself because my computer is having many issues and is crashing repeatedly.

Thank you for what you've done so far but I hope you read this and help me with the issue.

They definitely won't log onto your account just to change guild leadership. That's something you have to do yourself; once you fix your problem then it's up to you.

And besides, changing guild leadership costs zeny, in case you haven't realized it yet.

I think this would make the most sense, since he wants his friends to take control of the guild.
